Exquisite yakitori meticulously crafted by the shop owner alone. Tottori Prefecture’s finest local chicken, using only Shikano Jidori and Tajima duck, resulting in the ultimate yakitori. Due to the extensive preparation required, only 10 servings are available per day. After fermentation and dehydration tailored to each part, the skewers are prepared using multiple methods. Yakitori that maximizes its potential will change your common sense. A unique yakitori forged through continuous effort with the goal of always surpassing yakitori limits. Enjoy also the pairing with wines selected by three sommeliers.
