When you enter the 100-year-old row house located in the bustling downtown area, surrounded by a tin interior, a serene space unfolds, purely Japanese in style, using high-quality wood and Japanese paper. The menu is course-only, with two lunch courses to choose from. Ingredients are selected at their best depending on the season, serving tempura that focuses on temperature, aging, and texture. Leveraging experience as a Japanese cuisine chef, seasonal bowls and sashimi are interspersed between tempura to create a composition that never bores. Drinks include sake and wine that go well with tempura, with monthly variations matched to the course. Please enjoy the exquisite tempura with them.
