無名 (むみょう)
Entering the shop inside a purely Japanese-style building located just beyond a charming entrance reminiscent of a garden lane off the main street in front of the station, you will find a calm space with indirect lighting that is gentle on the eyes. The menu, both for lunch and dinner, consists only of course meals. Using the famed Kokuya water, known as a source of fine water, the local cuisine features wild vegetables and highland vegetables from around the Yatsugatake area, freshly picked matsutake mushrooms harvested in the early morning from the Ushiroyama district of Suwa, and wild game. Every dish is exquisite. We also offer Japanese sake and wine that pair well with the cuisine. Please enjoy the finest moments while feeling the water, aromas, and climate of this region.
