Chef Kazuhide Nose, who has accumulated extensive experience in French cuisine (former chef of Chef Matsuo Shoto Main Store/former executive chef of Ore no French), wholeheartedly prepares the finest seasonal ingredients such as Mishima beef, known as “phantom beef” (upgraded ingredient), and blue lobster into the best dishes. In addition to attractive wines that you can enjoy with your meal, we also have a collection of flavorful vintage wines with strictly controlled temperature and humidity.
