Ryotei Kawabun is a long-established traditional Japanese restaurant that has been in operation since the Edo period. It was founded as a fish shop, and its expertise in selecting fish gained recognition, leading to its development into a restaurant. It has the oldest history in Nagoya city, and since the Meiji era, it has been loved by successive prime ministers such as Hirobumi Ito and Shigeru Yoshida.
