Ryotei Kawabun is a long-established traditional Japanese restaurant that has been in operation since the Edo period. It was founded as a fish shop, and its expertise in selecting fish gained recognition, leading to its development into a restaurant. It has the oldest history in Nagoya city, and since the Meiji era, it has been loved by successive prime ministers such as Hirobumi Ito and Shigeru Yoshida. For banquet and meeting plans, it offers kaiseki cuisine using seasonal ingredients of the four seasons. The main dishes include sashimi, grilled items, and fried foods. They also have a wide selection of souvenirs such as simmered young sardines with sansho pepper and premium kelp.
