This is an auberge (a restaurant with accommodation) that insists on everything from ingredients to wine being all from Hokkaido. Please enjoy your meal in the warm and inviting interior, featuring a counter made of solid wood. At the counter, you can enjoy the live experience of dishes being prepared right in front of you in the kitchen. We offer courses that incorporate seasonal ingredients. The menu is presented as a chef's choice, featuring seasonal Yoichi ingredients that change daily, such as tempura made with locally harvested asparagus and grilled mackerel.
