Inside the restaurant, seasonal flowers are displayed, allowing you to slowly enjoy fish dishes within a Japanese-style space. We serve dishes made with fresh local Seto ingredients and freshly delivered sushi items that delight both the eyes and the palate — truly a taste that "satisfies the five senses." Please enjoy squid, seared fatty tuna, and Hiroshima mustard leaf rolls, skillfully prepared by the owner with his special cooking methods. We also offer side dishes featuring assorted vegetables and fish, a luxurious mini bowl where you can enjoy three types of seafood—sea urchin, seaweed, and salmon roe—all at once, as well as course meals.
