When you pass through the sliding door on the 6th floor of a building along a major street in the city center, a calm, purely Japanese-style space where you can feel the warmth of cypress wood spreads out. The menu consists only of course meals. In addition to taking great care with the ingredients, we provide the finest sushi using Edomae techniques, which focus on aging the fish to the perfect moment to bring out the appropriate umami. The rice, cooked in a traditional iron pot, is also carefully prepared with a blend of red and white vinegar to enhance its flavor. We also offer sake, champagne, and wine carefully selected by a sommelier, so please enjoy them together with the highest-quality sushi.
