大阪天満宮 鮨とよなが
The owner, who has honed his skills for 7 years in sushi and 3 years in Japanese cuisine, carefully selects ingredients with a discerning eye backed by solid experience. Tuna and sea urchin are sourced from Tokyo, and sometimes from Kumamoto. Each ingredient is prepared with attention to the ideal temperature, and the rice is cooked in an earthenware pot according to reservations. The unique sushi plates are handcrafted by an artist, and through a wide range of meticulous work, the exquisite sushi of "Sushi Toyonaga" is completed. In a charming sukiya-style space filled with atmosphere, you can enjoy an exceptional piece of sushi while conversing with the owner.
