The interior is an elegant and calming Japanese-style space. This is an Edo-style sushi restaurant where dining at the counter is the main experience. For wasabi, the perfect supporting player for sushi, we use wasabi from Yoshihiko Shiratori, the 17th generation wasabi farmer who used to present wasabi to Tokugawa Ieyasu. For the rice, we adopt a master’s blend rice advised by Koichi Nakamura, a 5-star maestro. For the tableware, we use pottery by the 7th generation Living National Treasure, Kohei Kato. We offer high-quality ingredients, tableware, and seasonal sake with great dedication.
