A long-established store founded in 1955 has been reborn on the occasion of a change of generation. Since the interior has been made barrier-free without steps, anyone can spend time comfortably. The third-generation owner possesses skills in Japanese cuisine and also offers dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients. The sushi rice, which is the core of the sushi, uses "Hatsushimo," a brand rice from Gifu Prefecture, and sushi vinegar that is a unique blend of rice vinegar and red vinegar. Fresh fish purchased mainly from the markets in Nagoya and Toyosu mostly comes from the Goto Islands. Please enjoy the carefully selected sushi pieces created by the harmony of exquisite ingredients and sushi rice.
