鮨つきうだ
Starting from the washi paper used at the entrance, the wood used throughout the store including the counter and cutting boards is carefully selected from domestic sources. We want to see our customers smile. We pursue the aesthetic beauty of each piece of sushi, believing that the moment the knife cuts and the posture of pressing the sushi are all connected to its taste. Also, while incorporating modern culture into Japan's traditional culture, we never forget to challenge new styles of sushi. Please enjoy a moment of healing in a purely Japanese-style space wrapped in the scent of wood.
