The interior of the store has a Japanese atmosphere and is a slightly dim and calm space. Through unique procurement, we offer high-quality Omi beef. Besides beef, we use only carefully selected ingredients such as naturally brewed soy sauce, freshly collected eggs, and crystal salt. We provide dishes where you can enjoy delicious Omi beef, such as a special platter available only tonight featuring rare parts of Omi beef, grilled Omi beef fatty toro sushi, and Omi beef hormone ramen. We also have a particular focus on Japanese sake, offering a selection of famous sake from Shiga that pairs exceptionally well with fresh Omi beef.
